Founded in 1997, our management consulting company was originally conceived to identify current challenges and to offer possible solutions. We then added support services, including implementation support.
Since 2013, Alexander Herzner has taken over the position of Managing Director. The concepts have remained the same, but the „HOW“ has changed. The UBB-GmbH goes beyond known consulting methods, following an innovative, independent path – namely through coaching. Further development takes place in workshops and coaching. No „off-the-shelf“ products, justindividual solutions.
